1. Acceptance of Terms
By accessing or using Proposio, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the service.
2. Use of Service
Proposio is an AI writing assistant for freelancers. You may use it to generate, edit, and manage proposals for your personal freelance work. You may not use Proposio to generate spam, violate platform terms of service (e.g., mass-spamming Upwork), or engage in any fraudulent activity.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to: submit false or misleading information; use the service to generate content that violates any law; attempt to access other users' data; reverse-engineer, scrape, or abuse the API; use the Chrome extension to auto-submit proposals without human review. Proposio is an assistive tool β you must manually review and submit all proposals.
4. Subscription and Billing
Paid plans are billed monthly or annually as selected. Subscriptions auto-renew unless cancelled before the renewal date. Refunds are available within 30 days of purchase for annual plans. Monthly plan charges are non-refundable after the billing period starts. You may cancel at any time from your dashboard settings.
5. AI-Generated Content
AI-generated proposals are provided as suggestions. Proposio does not guarantee any specific outcome (e.g., being hired). You are responsible for reviewing and editing all AI-generated content before use. You own the proposals you generate and submit through the platform.
6. Intellectual Property
Proposio and its original content, features, and functionality are owned by Proposio and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You retain ownership of content you create using the service.
7. Limitation of Liability
Proposio is provided 'as is' without warranties of any kind. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including loss of freelance contracts or income.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. We will notify users of material changes via email or in-app notification. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new terms.
