What's the difference between Pro and Autopilot?
Pro writes the proposal when you ask for it — you review it and paste it into Upwork yourself. Autopilot watches your saved searches around the clock and writes the drafts without you, so they are waiting when you wake up. You still press send on every one; nothing is ever submitted to Upwork automatically.
How is it better than ChatGPT?
ChatGPT can't see the job and doesn't know you — you explain everything every time. Proposio reads the Upwork job itself, takes the facts from your profile and CV, writes the draft in your tone, and the extension puts it straight into the application form. It also tells you whether the job is worth your Connects.
Could Upwork ban my account?
Proposio never signs in to your account, never knows your password, never presses Submit and never messages your clients on Upwork. The extension only fills in the text of a form you opened yourself, and you send it. What goes out, and to whom, is always your decision.
How much is it, and how do I cancel?
Pro is ₴790 a month (about $19). You pay by card through WayForPay or MonoPay; the subscription renews every month. Cancel any time in Settings → Subscription — access stays until the end of the paid period.
Can I get a refund?
Yes: within 7 days of paying for a monthly plan (14 days for annual), if you generated no more than 10 proposals on the paid plan. Email proposioai@gmail.com from your account email — the money goes back to the same card within up to 10 business days.
What happens when my free proposals run out?
Nothing is charged — we never ask for a card. You start on Free with 10 proposals a month. New accounts also get a welcome bonus of 10 generations: it kicks in once the month's allowance is used up and stays valid for 30 days after sign-up. When both the allowance and the bonus are used, generation waits until the 1st of the month, or you can move to Pro.
I work from my phone or not in Chrome — will it work?
The dashboard works in any browser, phones included: paste the job description and get a proposal. The extension, which writes right on the Upwork page, works in Chrome on a computer.
Where does my data go?
Your profile and proposals are stored in your Proposio account. The job text and your facts are processed by Google Gemini to write the draft. We don't sell data, and you can delete it any time in your account settings or by emailing proposioai@gmail.com.
Will it be obvious that AI wrote it?
The draft is built on facts from the job and your profile and written in your tone, not in stock phrases. You read and edit it before sending, so the final text is yours.
